Webmedia South Pacific Supports WOWS Kids Fiji in the Fight Against Childhood Cancer

Webmedia South Pacific was honored to stand alongside WOWS Kids Fiji at the Launch of the 2023 International Childhood Cancer Month at Api Tonga. Our chief guest for the day was none other than the Minister of Women, Children, and Social Protection, Hon. Lynda Tabuya.

This event was a heartwarming tribute to the unsung heroes in the battle against childhood cancer: parents, caregivers, and dedicated health professionals. WOWS Kids Fiji recognized their invaluable contributions to improving the survival and quality of life for children fighting cancer.

This year’s global theme is “Better Survival Is Achievable #ThroughTheirHands,” highlighting the power of collective effort in this important cause. But that’s not all! We were thrilled to witness the presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to those who play a crucial role in caregiving for children with cancer, including parents, guardians, and pediatric oncology professionals.
